Chair Vince Falsarella delivered his speech to the membership at the Annual Meeting with his four tools for aggressive growth of the Mesquite Chamber of Commerce in 2025:

1. New Sectors. The Mesquite Chamber of Commerce is actively seeking to involve businesses that don't traditionally attend Chamber events. We are introducing events such as a Clay Shoot and Young Professionals to expand our reach to businesses in new sectors and industries.

2. Education. The Mesquite Chamber of Commerce is bringing back the Small Business Workshops to continue educating the business owners of our community. This will help strengthen our local businesses. We are also bringing more education to the senior population in partnership with our Mesquite Senior Advocate Alliance.

3. Raising the Bar. This year we are going to ensure that each and every single event is being perfected! We are committed to creating the best events possible for our attendees and sponsors. The small details matter, and we are working towards ensuring each event is beneficial to our members.

4. Updating the Guiding Principals. The Board of Directors worked on creating a new Mission and Vision for the Mesquite Chamber of Commerce. This was important work to guide our organization into the future, and for our members to feel a stronger sense of belonging and understanding the important work of the Mesquite Chamber of Commerce.

Mission:

We champion business growth through advocacy, education and collaboration.

Vision:

A dynamic network of valuable leaders committed to empowering business success, fostering connections, and driving growth that positively affects the entire community.
