Chair Jennifer Aleman Salazar delivered her speech to the membership at the Annual Meeting with four tools for success in 2025.

- Why the Chamber. This year the Mesquite Chamber of Commerce is directing efforts into why businesses are members and why more businesses should join the Mesquite Chamber. It is all about creating and communicating the value of the organization. "Relationships are Currency". The Mesquite Chamber of Commerce is the premier place to build and develop key relationships in Mesquite.

- Member Milestones. We want to celebrate our members even more! With an average member staying for over 11 years, it is about time we start recognizing our members on their anniversaries. This year we will highlight members on their 5, 10, 15, etc. year milestones.

- Mesquite Real Estate Alliance. With 10,000 new homes in Mesquite being built right now, it is about time for us to focus on educating the realtors on what Mesquite has to offer. We will host realtors every 2 months and give them unique access to Mesquite and what makes our community so special. This will be an excellent opportunity for realtors and companies working with realtors to network and grow their knowledge about Mesquite.

- Empower Young Business Leaders. Everyone talks about the future of Mesquite and what we want our community to look like. It is about time to start developing our Young leaders in Mesquite, and this takes effort. Designate a person in your business, and start empowering them by showing them the ropes. The Mesquite Chamber of Commerce has also launched the Young Professionals to help build these up and coming leaders.
