The Vincent Greene Agency is growing, and we are looking for a Licensed, Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team.

This role is ideal for someone who values relationships, takes pride in service excellence, and wants to grow long-term with a trusted, community-focused agency.

What You’ll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service to existing and prospective clients
• Assist customers with policy questions, billing, claims, and coverage updates
• Support both English- and Spanish-speaking clients with clarity and care
• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products when appropriate
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Work closely with the team to support agency goals and growth

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas P&C insurance license required
• Bilingual: English and Spanish required
• Prior insurance or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in an in-office environment
