This month we are tackling another important topic for small businesses: Loyalty – it is the meaning of always doing what’s best by the person you partner alongside. You are always going to do what is best for the client even if it means you don’t reap the profit. Because this is the foundation to building relationships that last a lifetime and interconnect you to other relationships that can do the same. In my own words loyalty is building a bond with another person that lowers all your guard and allows 100% trust.
