Welcome to the May luncheon!

This luncheon will feature the graduation of Leadership Mesquite 2023/2024, the largest class in the history of Leadership Mesquite, in addition to a Leadership Keynote by Kevin Bullard from Dorrier Underwood.

This is the perfect luncheon to attend if you are curious about what Leadership Mesquite is all about, or if you know one of our outstanding Leadership Mesquite graduates, or if you are interested in learning more about Leadership in general!

Kevin Bullard brings a rich blend of administrative, consulting, and technological expertise to his work as a transformational consultant, shaped by his commitment to ensuring that leaders, marriages, and organizations thrive.

At Dorrier Underwood, Kevin advises retail, manufacturing, finance, and non-profit organizations on improving communication, accountability, and performance. He uses a company's ongoing projects to foster leadership development, encouraging innovative listening and effective teamwork across departments. Additionally, Kevin is a successful entrepreneur, founding The Drum Major Coach (2003-2013) and Marriage Works! (2009-present), amassing a social media following of over half a million people.

Kevin is deeply involved in his community, having chaired Habitat for Humanity boards in Greensboro (NC) and Garland. He's participated in Leadership programs in both cities and served as Interim Senior Pastor at Mt. Hebron Missionary Baptist Church in Garland for 14 months. Currently, he is the Associate Chaplain for the Garland Police Department, sits on the Hope Clinic Board, contributes to the Leadership Greensboro Alumni Committee, and serves on the Garland Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Kevin has been married for nearly 24 years. He and his wife, Cetelia, have three children in high school and college.
